Fairytale Wedding 6.11.11
Does it get much more beautiful than this? I absolutely adored the attention to detail! Great job, Jessie! Overlook Farms in MO does it right with this amazingly, ornate outdoor reception area. Thank you to the fantastic vendors. You were all so great to work with!

Melanie and Jason.
Beautiful Couple. I truly enjoyed working with Melanie, Jason, and their families. We had a great time at the shoot, and the order session. It makes a girl smile to work with such sweet people. Thank you for the opportunity, Melanie! =) Hope that Colorado wedding is everything you hoped for and more!
Ella and Aubrey.
We had the toughest time getting Ella and Aubrey on the schedule. It just seemed like everytime I could shoot, something went haywire! Between life and travels we had to wait 2 or 3 months! Even on the day of our shoot, we had to sit in the car for a while and wait out the rain...crazy. --- I think there may be something to the quote, "Good things come to those who wait" because I am in love with these images. I adore their little outfits and the tall grass...ahhh...love it! Enjoy! =)

SuperEman - 1 year
Some of you know this little guy as Easton, Superman, "that little guy that had some health problems", etc. He may be all of those things to everyone else, but to me, he is my nephew. My incredibly cute, cuddly, blue-eyed nephew. The one that came after Morgan, the fourth Zanger clan member. He is Bubba. He likes Curious Babies movies and nursing. He rocks the curliest hairstyle of all of the cousins. He LOVES his momma more than anything else on the planet. He is "Beasy Beasy", and he holds a place in my heart just like he always has. My nephew. That's what he is. That's what he has always been. Nothing and No one could ever change that. I find solace in that fact. I love you, Easton. Happy one year. I hope that the next one is a little easier for you, but if it isn't, you're still mine. A part of this love that we call family, and we couldn't be happier about that.

I am so proud.
Isn't she beautiful. This is my sis, Emily. I had to beg her to pose for me (but, I think she is secretly glad that she did). I needed to try some new lighting techniques, and I learned alot!! I am so grateful for her help.
When you see an absolutely beautiful portrait with great color, light, and tone, please note that someone worked for a very long time on the perfection of that portrait. This photography thing isn't easy. It's not something that anyone with a camera can accomplish. I am proud of these images, and the only way that I was able to get to that point was through hard work and research. I have attended LOTS of seminars, watched tons of videos, and read lots of articles to get to this point. I am proud of THAT. The image is just icing on the cake. However, in this case, I am MOST proud of the subject. She is incredible. I am proud of the life that she has built and the person that she has become. I am so proud.
