Miss Quincy Outstanding Teen 2011

So honored to take pictures of Addi. This girl is awesome. Look out world, she is definitely going to move mountains. Maybe the first female president, maybe a CEO, maybe a dolphin trainer, who knows...but whatever this little lady decides to do it will be because SHE decided to do it. Love the determination. You go girl.

ahhhhh...the sun!

Is it just me, or has it been winter FOREVER?! My kids and I were going to stir crazy just a week ago because of the cold weather. I don't know if it was the excess amounts of snow this winter or the 5,000+ sicknesses that we managed to catch, but whatever it was we are tired of it!

This session was one of the first that I have done outside this spring, and I went a little "sun crazy". Don't get me wrong, I don't think that is a bad thing...I LOVE the sun, but I don't usually shoot with the sunflares as much as this particular session, although, I am sure glad that we did. These images are as unique as they come, and I am proud of that! =)

The Mast family are friends of ours and we were honored to do a family/3 yrs. old shoot with them. We were able to get a lot of amazing images, and Rachel was an excellent model. She really likes the camera! Enjoy the preview.

oh how I love sleepy newborns....isn't he beautiful. I am so excited to share these images. I have been holding on to them for a while now, but they are finally ready to view. I just love the first one!! That's the artistic/weird side of me, I'm sure, but isn't it sweet!?

CHI-Town.

Emily and John are engaged!!! Congrats to the wonderful couple. We had so much fun shooting this session because there was SOOOOO much to work with in Chicago. Everywhere I turned was another source of inspiration. I would absolutely love to WORK in Chicago, but LIVE in Payson....hmmm...5 hour commute each way, nevermind. It would almost be worth it, though. Just look at these backgrounds!!! Love it! =)

Adrienne came by the studio for "a few indoor shots" and left 3 hrs later. Now some of that is because I love the family and we had much to chat about, but most of that was shooting.
