I am lucky for a lot of reasons. I have more than any person deserves, and I am so grateful. One of the best parts of my life is the people that I have surrounding me. My family is amazing (both my family by chance, and by choice).
I was editing some pictures tonight and realized that this pic above deserves some recognition. This is my dad, and one of my very best friends. If it weren't for this man, I would be a very different person. He has taught me so much about life, love, and the power of compassion (which I have just realized recently is extraordinarily important and becoming more rare) . I am proud to know him and even more proud to call him dad. Thank you dad, for everything.
